SUMMARY
Manages sales activities of OTS by performing the following duties personally.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Represents company at trade shows to promote OTS products.
Delivers sales presentations to prospective clients in coordination with sales representatives.
Meets with prospective clients maintaining client relationships, negotiations, and closing sales.
Coordinates liaison between sales department and other OTS departments.
Documents all interactions with other departments.
Develops and implements marketing to specific group sales markets.
Keeps accurate records of personal sales activities and provides
them to Director of Sales as required. Keeps up to date accurate proposal and contract documentation for all clients.
Keeps weekly documentation for advanced deposits and outstanding balances. Insures
contractual requirements for billings and balances are met.
Meets monthly sale forecast revenue projections. Completes accurate timely billing and submits to Finance.
Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
Works standard hours of 8:30 to 5:00 unless otherwise requested. Must accomplish work in whatever time is required, without overtime pay or
compensatory time.
Follows and supports all OTS policies and procedures.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Manager:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and two to four years related experience and/or training; or five to ten years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports,
business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to work with a professional attitude conductive to company harmony and
well-being.
COMPUTER & EQUIPMENT SKILLS
Ability to operate a personal computer in a windows based environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to operate a
fax machine and other office equipment.
