Doctors of the Old West: Medicine Practices Used in the 1800's This very different adventure begins just prior to the Civil War and culminates at the beginning of the 20th Century. Actual medical
instruments used during the Civil War are on display and the stundents very quickly realize just how primitive medical practics were during this period. Students will have the opprotunity to discuss modern and primitve
